  1. Double Payment: In the event of accidental double payments for processing fees or any other charges, the excess amount will be refunded upon notification.

  2. Withdrawal of Manuscript: Authors may request a refund if they choose to withdraw their manuscript from consideration before the commencement of the peer-review process. However, a processing fee may be retained to cover administrative costs.

  3. Rejected Manuscripts: Manuscripts that do not meet the journal's standards and are rejected during the peer-review process are not eligible for a refund of processing fees.

  4. Technical Issues: In the case of technical issues or errors in payment processing that result in overcharging, a refund will be issued upon verification of the issue.

Refund Procedure:

  1. Submission Withdrawal: Authors who wish to withdraw their manuscript should submit a written request to the journal's editorial office, clearly stating the reasons for withdrawal.

  2. Double Payment: In the case of accidental double payments, authors should contact the journal's finance department with proof of the duplicate transaction for prompt resolution.

  3. Technical Issues: Individuals facing technical issues during payment are encouraged to contact the journal's support team immediately, providing details of the problem and supporting documentation.

Refund Timelines:

  1. Withdrawal of Manuscript: Refunds for withdrawn manuscripts will be processed within 30 days of receiving the withdrawal request.

  2. Double Payment: Refunds for accidental double payments will be initiated within 15 business days of verifying the duplicate transaction.

  3. Technical Issues: Refunds for technical issues will be processed as soon as the problem is resolved, and documentation is verified.

Exceptional Circumstances:

In exceptional cases not covered by the outlined refund policy, the editorial board and finance department will carefully consider individual requests for refunds. Decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the specific circumstances presented by the author or payer.
