Refund Policy

Introduction:

The "Corpus Journal of Social Sciences & Management Review" is committed to providing a transparent and fair refund policy to authors, institutions, and individuals who engage in the submission and publication processes. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be considered and the procedures to be followed.

Refund Eligibility:

  2. Withdrawal of Manuscript: Authors may request a refund if they choose to withdraw their manuscript from consideration before the commencement of the peer-review process. However, a processing fee may be retained to cover administrative costs.

  3. Rejected Manuscripts: Manuscripts that do not meet the journal's standards and are rejected during the peer-review process are not eligible for a refund of processing fees.

  4. Technical Issues: In the case of technical issues or errors in payment processing that result in overcharging, a refund will be issued upon verification of the issue.

Refund Procedure:

  1. Submission Withdrawal: Authors who wish to withdraw their manuscript should submit a written request to the journal's editorial office, clearly stating the reasons for withdrawal.

  2. Double Payment: In the case of accidental double payments, authors should contact the journal's finance department with proof of the duplicate transaction for prompt resolution.

  3. Technical Issues: Individuals facing technical issues during payment are encouraged to contact the journal's support team immediately, providing details of the problem and supporting documentation.

Refund Timelines:

  1. Withdrawal of Manuscript: Refunds for withdrawn manuscripts will be processed within 30 days of receiving the withdrawal request.

  2. Double Payment: Refunds for accidental double payments will be initiated within 15 business days of verifying the duplicate transaction.

  3. Technical Issues: Refunds for technical issues will be processed as soon as the problem is resolved, and documentation is verified.
